Hi Guys , Back to Post ^^ . wake up around 10plus and start doing Push - up =) , after tat watch tv till around 2plus ... =) . when to fitness concer do pull-up all tat , then start playing basketball using soccer ball , after awhile feeling tired le change to soccer ^^ , After tat 2 kids asked me to play match wif them HaHaS... They kena bully by me ^^ muahahas !! After tat chat wif them awhile hahas , they all talk childish thing i pretend to laugh , but actully inside my heart was -_- not funny HaHaS...
